Buckley Backyard Wedding | Meet the Brows!
The Northern Michigan summer heat was in full swing on Ashley & Gunnar's wedding day. Their backyard wedding was so well put together, and we were delighted to be their engagement & wedding day photographers. With their vision, so many vendors came together and created a day that will be truly unforgettable. I can't think of a better way to start the rest of their lives together, than to celebrate with their closest friends and family. Even their pooch Lexi got to participate in all the festivities! Anyone who knows me knows that this was one of the absolute highlights to the wedding (in my own humble opinion). I love seeing when people include their pets - they're a part of the family after all!
Their home is just outside of Traverse City in a small town called Buckley. Ashley truly is Wonder Woman, and Gunnar is the perfect man for her. When we met up with them back in the Spring for their official engagement photos, we took them to one of our secret spots on the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. I knew moments after seeing them interact with one another that their marriage would be one rooted in the deepest love. Their genuine smiles and laughter continued to light up in our cameras on wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with the way their photos turned out. May the two of you live happily ever after!
