Family Vacation Photographer Northern Michigan | Lee Family | Arbutus Lake Vacation Rental

It's vacation season here in beautiful Northern Michigan and the Traverse City area is teeming with tourists here to enjoy all that our region has to offer. From hiking and swimming to boating and fishing, there are endless outdoor activities to enjoy as a family, which makes for the perfect area to hold family reunions and anniversary celebrations.

Let me pause for a moment to tell you that I am seriously the luckiest photographer in the world. My clients are always so wonderful to work with. That's true of my session with the Lee, too, who were coming together from all over to spend time playing and bonding as a family.

I met up with them at the end of July at their two vacation rental homes on Arbutus Lake just outside of Traverse City and the weather was perfect for their session. We had the most incredible sunset and it provided the perfect glowy light that we love to have. While the weather was fine, it was the Lee family that made this shoot such a joy.

As you can see from the pictures, this family is not only photogenic, but also a close-knit group who clearly love spending time together. These wonderful people are lucky to have each other.
